How much is an Uber from San Diego Airport to La Jolla

Planning a day trip toLa Jolla from downtown San Diego. About what would the price be to take an Uber? Also, where would we have the Uber drop us off in La Jolla? Also a great lunch spot? We like tacos, seafood or about anything really. Great shopping street or area? Must see's??

You can see the price by putting the trip into your Uber app.

When I take Lyft from my home in LJ to the airport near downtown it is about $20.

You could get dropped off atLa Jolla Cove or on Prospect Street.

Can I assume you are adults or with children over the age of 8?

Prospect St has shops/restaurants etc. There are others on Coast Blvd.

George's Terrace is lovely for lunch as is Brockton Villa . There are many other possibilities. You would walk along the path above the coves to see the views, seals, sea lions etc.

The ride from downtown without traffic is about 15-20min.

The PPs have given you great suggestions for restaurants. I would addPuesto for tacos.

In addition to Uber consider Lyft, which I have found is less expensive than Uber.

There is also that new ride share app in san diego called bounce wonder if anybody has used it up.. It only runs in san diego and i think san diego county too not sure..

Obviously just preference, but both apps are very similar and work the same way, you enter the same info in the same lines, its hard for me to say one is easier than the other, Id say they are both equally as easy.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no, the other day I thought my Uber ride fare was a little high so I quickly looked at Lyft, which I do often when the fare seems high, and Lyft was $10 higher to SFO than Uber was, sometimes it works the other way but that is the largest spread in price Ive ever seen usually its just a few bucks, in favor or one or the other, but one isnt always less expensive over the other.
