Google is not a service company; Google is about creating automated technology to replace humans... So you can't ask for human assistance where Google wants machines to do the tasks....
Translate is not perfect, there is a long way to go until a machine can interpret languages as humans.

I haven't paid for it, therefore least I could do is waste some of my time trying to teach the algorithm how waw consecutive works in Hebrew! (who knows? enough poor souls like me get on it, maybe in a decade or two, or five judging from the overall popularity of the Hebrew language, we'll get there...)
