Turn off Fast Startup Windows 11

I'd turn it off. Kind of true. Fast startup stores a few hardware settings in your hard drive that won't have to be completely reloaded when booting up - hence saves some time. However, any misconfigurations or whatever will remain even when shut down.

As mentioned above, you should keep the Fast Startup feature enabled on your Windows 11 computer for faster boot-up. However, if this interferes with other programs or the dual-boot process, you should disable it right away.
