How hard is it to get a job at Facebook Reddit

Help me decide on an offer: Facebook, Reddit, ByteDance, Amazon

Hi everyone, I need some help deciding on an offer. Which one of these offers would you choose? What's your reasoning in terms of WLB, career development, etc.? Thank you!

YOE: 2
Current TC: 130K

All these offers are in the bay area

1. Amazon: SDE2, TC: 290K
2. ByteDance: 2-1, TC: 300K (was told this team is not 966)
3. Reddit: L3 (Google L4), TC: 250K
4. Facebook: E4, TC: 260K

Out of these options, I think Facebook might be the best in terms of future career development (just having FB on my resume), but I think Reddit has a much better WLB and it might go IPO soon. What are your thoughts?

I got a lot of questions about interview prep, here's my reply to one of the comments:

I started doing interview prep 2 months ago. I've only done the Blind 75 questions (https://leetcode.com/list/xoqag3yj/), but I did these questions in mock interviews with a friend. Personally, I think mock interviews are much more important than LC total. I also looked at the company-specific questions before the interview, but I think the 75 questions helped me more than the company-specific questions. For system design, I used System Design Primer and Grokking the System Design Interview; reading these should be enough for an L4 position. In general, I think I got pretty lucky. I didn't get any overly difficult questions. I might need a few hints here and there but was able to solve all the coding questions without too many issues.
