Added in one of the earliest major Ragnarok Online updates, Amatsu remains a beautiful land of cherry blossom trees and bamboo forests, surrounding a rustic seaside village and castle. With monsters designed for characters around level 70-90, the town features tatami mat clad mazes and underground shrine dungeons. Show Many adventurers will have made the journey to Amatsu, and have explored it's towns, dungeons and fields in the years since it was implemented. And, as new towns have been implemented older towns have become less important for leveling and questing. We have many such beautiful towns that do not have a major reason for people to visit them. One of our big projects for 2012 will be to breathe new life into these towns by hosting a series of events that will spotlight these less visited maps. These events will boost monster and quest exp for during the event, and will reduce these slightly after the event is over (it will still be improved over normal rates). Amatsu's QuestsThere are several quests that you can pick up in Amatsu, one which gives access to Amatsu Dungeon, and the Festival quest implemented in 2011.
Monster and quest exp will be boosted during this showcase event, so keep an eye on this page for updates! Unique Amatsu Monsters! There are a variety of monsters found in Amatsu. Once thought to be only a product of ancient myth, these creatures have proven to be quite real!
