conditions & facilities, room comfort I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and paid in advance. Enjoyed the facilities and location and the solitude. However on my last morning there after 6 nights of business given to the hotel I needed an extra hour in the room from 11 am until noon. I asked the front desk if I could stay an extra
hour in the room as my ride would not be there for one hour. a free hour or two is pretty customary on a lengthy stay at hotels everywhere. To my atonishment the clerk whipped out the calculator and debit machine and told me it would be 1000 Yen per hour, no ifs, and or buts. I couldn't believe they would stiff me for a single houre after I stayed there for 6 nights. They definitely need a course in public relations !!! Definietely left a bad taste all around after a great week !!
